I designed this duster to fit in all the right places, but to also flow and swirl from the waist down to honor every womans hips. It buttons at the waist with 3 delicate buttons. It also has a button right at the neck where the hood connects so you can have a sleek chic button up look if you desire. It can be worn buttoned up to look lke a hooded dress, or worn unbottoned and open over your favorite outfit. The bodice is lined with the same velvet. However, if you do need to return your item, it must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Items that have been worn or show any signs of wear ( including odors) are not returnable.
